power ratings and rules

POWER RATIGS:

beta: mutants with no real powers they just look creepy and weird (these aren't allowed)

alphas: mutants that are powerful but still have meager weakness

omegas: mutants who can control life and energy at a atomic level they usely a have very few weakness

POWER RLUES:

nothing op even omega level mutants have weakness

anything goes as long as its not op

power types and mutant races:

leachs: mutants that can gain powered memories and abilities form people by skin contact exp rouge

energy mutants: mutants that can control all forms of energy exp lighting boy, power surge, brimstone artimis (note the female of this mutant race are immortal but they can be harmed)
